Executive Director
Galina creates conditions to implement two main interrelated areas for our company which are satisfying the customer’s needs and creating optimal conditions for the professional development of employees.
In 2007, Galina joined Synergy as a chief accountant, then she headed the Administrative and Financial department, and since 2022 she has become the executive director.
Clinical Operations Director
Yulia facilitates the development of the Clinical Operations to ensure fast, high-quality and efficient work in accordance with the current needs of the pharmaceutical industry, applicable regulatory requirements and long-term goals of the company.
Since 2005, Yulia has been working in clinical trials, including global CROs.
In 2011, she joined Synergy as CRA III, then became the project manager, and in 2022 headed the Clinical Operations.
Synergy Kazakhstan General Manager since 2007
Dr. Irina Kim is one of the leading experts in clinical trials in Kazakhstan; she is actively involved in the development of the regulatory environment and innovative, technological approaches to the successful conduct of clinical trials.
Graduated from the Kazakh Medical University, and received PhD degree in internal medicine at the Moscow Medical Academy. Over 15 years she worked in postgraduate training of doctors, was involved in various international projects on evidence-based medicine (EBM) and training of physicians conducted by USAID and the British Council, together with the Royal College of Medicine in London.
Key Account Manager
The main focus of Irina’s attention is the customers’ requests and needs, which are considered with a detailed initial attention to form the basis for long-term cooperation.
In 2008, she joined the Synergy’s team, progressed from CRA I to CRA III and delved into the process of feasibility studies and clinical trials planning.
Since 2015, Irina has been managing the Customer Service Department.
Deputy Director for Legal Affairs
Petr provides legal support, improved legal counseling, systematic analysis of opportunities and risks in Synergy’s activities.
Since 2008, Petr has worked in large consulting and manufacturing companies. He has deep knowledge and experience in the field of civil and business law.
Since 2010, Petr has been cooperating with Synergy. In 2017, he headed the legal work in the company.
Head of Data Management Department
Ekaterina develops and improves data management processes at Synergy.
She is a member of the Society for Clinical Data Management, the non-profit international organization, and has a professional CCDM certificate.
In 2007, Ekaterina began working in clinical research, she created and to this day heads the Data Management department at Synergy.
Head of Quality Department
Ensures the proper functioning of Synergy’s Quality Management System. Natalia is a member of the international community for quality assurance in clinical trials.
In 2003, Natalia began working in one of the first Russian CROs as a data manager. Then she worked in Russian and global companies doing monitoring, project management, and training activities.
Since 2015, she has focused her efforts on quality assurance of clinical trials.
In 2021, Natalia headed the Quality Assurance at Synergy.
